Our company has extensive experience in managing, creating, and maintaining various IT-related projects. We have a senior-level project manager who oversaw a two trillion-dollar merger between the Bank of New York and Mellon Bank, which included a twenty-nine thousand device (riverbeds, lockboxes, pc's servers, installing new VLANS, routers and switches) IP RE-Addressing project for the entire Mellon Bank brand. This included more than 300 locations world wide. The project was projected to conclude in four years, however, under our project managers leadership, the completed the project in three years, saving the organization more than 2.4 million dollars in man-hours and resources.
Our experience includes more than 10 years of upgrading US Embassies and working with the State Department from a contractual perspective. We've gutted the previous environment and rolled out a full Microsoft middle tiered server environment and a fully mission capable Cisco router environment ensuring secured communications back to the States.
Trained more than 6000 civilian and military personnel on the operations of any products that we installed to assist them in managing the environment until an official training curriculum was assigned.
Created SQL databases and troubleshooting mainframe issues. Maintained hardware and software for various military presence to include: US Navy, US Marines and Army vessels afloat in domestic and foreign ports.
Training Center For Service LLC has designed and implemented NOC's and Helpdesk rollouts, to include MDF/IDF installations from conception to completion.
